Biography: Melissa A. Petrofsky has worked for our firm since 2006. She works closely with Stephen C. Kimball, especially on litigation matters. Ms. Petrofsky has been an attorney since 2007.
Education: Whittier Law School, J.D., May 2007,Orange County Bar Association College of Trial Advocacy (Civil), 2009, Culver Stockton College, B.S., 1998.
Bar Admission: Admitted to practice before all California courts US District Court, Central District of California
Publications: She has published numerous articles on a variety of employee rights topics, including tax rights, leaves, hostile work environment; wage rights, invasion of privacy, and overtime.
Professional Memberships: Public Interest Law Foundation; Woman's Law Student Association; California Bar Association; Orange County Bar Association; Labor & Employment Law Section of the Orange County Bar Association.
