State and federal law prohibit discrimination or harassment based upon sex, age, race, disability, religion, sexual orientation, veteran status, ancestry, or even having a hostile work environment.

Employees have not only a case that arises during the course of employment and stands on its own, but may also have a case for wrongful termination because of that same discrimination and retaliation against them because they complain about it.
