Attorneys

Trying to know and assert your own employee rights doesn't necessarily bring results. As advocates for employee rights, we are able to successfully fight for you. We use witnesses, private investigators, our extensive library and state-of-the-art research network to support your claims. Law clerks and legal assistants assist the attorneys with research and investigation. We present your claims in a logical, documented, convincing manner and respond appropriately to our opponent's arguments.

We consider and pursue all options to enforce your rights, depending on the scope of our representation, including settlement, mediation, arbitration, government agency involvement, class action, litigation and appeal.

Our attorneys have prevailed in thousands of cases through settlement, arbitration or litigation.

We have appeared as television and radio commentators and educated various attorneys groups. Hundreds of our newspaper and magazine articles or comments have been published, including our continuing weekly comments in the Monday Business Section of the Orange County Register. We teach five different courses on Employment Law, Wrongful Termination Law, Sexual Harassment in the Workplace, Wage and Hour Law, and Negotiation at a local law school. Our original law school textbook on Wrongful Termination Law and Sexual Harassment in the Workplace are the only books of their kind in the country. We publish our free monthly newsletter on employee rights as a community service.

Your confidence in us is justified by our experience, commitment and reputation. There's no reason to settle for less.

All of our attorneys enforce employee rights exclusively. That's all we do. It gives us the power that comes from focusing all our efforts in one area of law.

However, we also have varied professional backgrounds that give us a balanced perspective. We continually consult with each other to maximize our combined experience and expertise, as listed below.
