Beth A. Christopher
Beth A. Christopher is an experienced civil litigator specializing in employee rights. She began her legal career in employment and labor law representing plaintiffs in the private sector. Prior to working at Sessions & Kimball, she practiced fertility and adoption law where she gained invaluable experience advocating for children and families in the courtroom. Beth went on to serve employees and employers on all aspects of labor and employment law in an in-house capacity, advising management and human resources professionals on myriad workplace decisions and practices, including issues involving the FMLA, ADA and other federal, state, and local fair employment and anti-discrimination statutes. She currently represents employees in wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, and wage claims.
Beth grew up primarily in Boulder, Colorado. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Oklahoma, and attended Whittier School of Law. She received her Juris Doctorate in 2004. Beth enjoys spending time with family at the beach and in the mountains.
