Consultations
Confidential consultation with one of our attorneys is the best way to have your questions answered and rights evaluated.
We review your input and any relevant documents, such as your employee handbook, performance evaluations and disciplinary notices. We explain the law, issues and possible options to achieve your goals. You may also receive literature addressing your particular concerns.
If appointments during business hours are inconvenient, early morning and evening appointments are available. If travel is a problem, telephone consultation is possible, though not preferable.
The discounted cost for a consultation up to thirty minutes is $60. You will also receive a free copy of our book Employee Rights in California - 101 Practical Answers from the Shop Talk column of the Los Angeles Times along with other published articles relevant to your concerns.
If you want us to help you enforce your employee rights, and we agree in writing to do so, we normally charge on a contingent (percentage) fee and a retainer to ensure your commitment. Essentially, we don't win unless you do too.
