Kristin A. Webb

Kristin is an experienced civil litigator who has devoted her career to advocating for employee rights. She represents employees in wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, and wage and hour claims. Kristin has extensive litigation experience in both federal and state courts.

Super Lawyers Magazine has recognized Kristin in 2018, 2019, and 2020, as a “Super Lawyer – Rising Star.” She has a perfect 10/10 rating from the online legal referral service Avvo.

Kristin serves our community by volunteering and teaching for the Orange County Bar Association. She is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and Santa Clara School of Law. Kristin served as a judicial extern to Federal District Court Judge, Hon. Troy L.
