Kristin A. Webb
Kristin is an experienced civil litigator who has devoted her career to employee rights. She currently represents employees in wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, and wage claims.
Having previously served as an extern to the California Supreme Court and also to Federal District Court Judge, the Honorable Troy L. Nunley, Kristin has a unique understanding of the behind the scenes processes of the state and federal courts. She uses this experience to craft powerfully written briefs and persuasive oral arguments for her clients.
Before attending law school, Kristin discovered her passion for employee rights while working as a law clerk at Sessions & Kimball.
Kristin is a black belt in Shotokan karate and a Pilates method devotee. She enjoys exploring California’s museums, historic landmarks, and beaches.
